


Often in health care the body's tissues, organs, and systems are treated separately. Sadly the symptom presenting gets the most attention, but our physiology and psychology naturally work harmoniously to maintain homeostasis and therefore all systems need to be considered and co-regulated to effectively allow the body to heal from dis-ease.

A holistic approach to health considers both internal and external factors that impact physical and psychological health and weaves mindset, movement, and lifestyle changes to support whole body health.
With over 30 years of experience as a Holistic Health Practitioner, I am deeply passionate about helping people reconnect with their body’s innate ability to self-regulate and heal. Using a blend of scientific understanding and spiritually grounded, evidence-based practices, my goal is to help my clients understand the interconnectedness of their body’s biological systems and learn how to create harmony within them.

By combining my background in nutritional science with my passion for the mind–body connection, I create personalized lifestyle plans that honor every facet of well-being from stress, sleep, breathing, movement, and emotional health. I encourage clients to cultivate self-awareness and make sustainable changes that nourish both body and mind.

My intention is to restore balance throughout the body’s systems so that true, lasting wellness can emerge. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we explore deeper, to uncover and address underlying imbalances that contribute to dis-ease and discomfort.
I believe that healing begins with connection: connection to ourselves and others, to the food we eat, and to the world around us. Through my work, I strive to inspire others to embrace a holistic lifestyle that celebrates balance, joy, and vibrant health.​
